Ted S. Orkin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been in the real estate business since 1972, obtaining his Salesman’s license in February of that year. He was licensed as a Broker in 1974. After 19 years in commercial brokerage, Ted focused on property management in 1992 and began working in community association management in 1995. In April of 1997 Orkin Property Management, LLC was formed to provide management services for Community Associations, Shopping Centers and Office Buildings.

Orkin Property Management, LLC specializes in Community Association Management and is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national non-profit association created in 1973 to provide education and resources to America’s 231,000 residential condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations, and related professionals and service providers.
